Privacy

What we collect: your name or nickname, your email, the message and optional image you submit, and — if you pay — payment metadata handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we use it for: printing and mailing your letter, sending order confirmations and status updates, and preventing abuse. We keep a hashed, non-reversible rate-limiting key derived from your connection; we do not store your IP address.

Images: identifying metadata (EXIF, including location data) is stripped automatically on upload. Images appear publicly only if you chose to publish and the message passed review.

Sharing: we do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the services needed to fulfil your order — Stripe for payment, the postal service for delivery, our email provider for confirmations.

Deletion: email info@mailmaduro.com from the address you used and we will delete your data, except what we must keep for payment or legal records.
